SOTER Contractor Management System
SOTER is a server-based contractor management system developed by VIDAR Media Group in collaboration with the Estate Services Team at the University of Leeds. The multi-user live-data system is designed for large establishments including universities, hospitals and defence sites. It provides a fully integrated means for construction health and safety professionals to monitor and manage all sizes of projects from a simple reactive maintenance project to the most complex construction project.
SOTER was launched on 25 November 2009 at a Contractor Management conference hosted by the University of Leeds and attended by many of the leading UK universities. The event also heralded the formation of the SOTER User Group which allows registered users to steer the future development of the system.
